How It Works

How does the filtration system work?

AquaFlow™ uses a triple-stage filtration system: a stainless steel pre-filter catches hair and debris, an activated carbon layer removes odours and chlorine, and an ion-exchange resin softens the water, it also provides UV protection. Together they keep every sip fresh and clean.

How often should I replace the filters?

We recommend replacing the filter every 4–6 weeks, depending on how many pets use the fountain and your local water quality. Replacement filters are available in our store.

How often should I clean the fountain?

A full clean every 1–2 weeks is ideal. The stainless steel surfaces are dishwasher-safe (top rack), making maintenance quick and easy.
